TERMS OF USE

Welcome to MyBluBlockers.com ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

LENSES

Please note that there are two types of lenses offered in the My BluBlocker collection. The original patented BluBlocker lens, which shows the world as if it's an alternate universe without shades of blue, is available in the White, Gold, Blue, and Tortoise frames. The standard amber lens offers the slightest blue blockage, and is similar to your usual sunglass experience, available in the Pink and Green frames.

SLIP CASES

Every pair of BluBlockers comes with a custom slip case specially designed to complement each style.

TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK

We are sad to report that we are currently on backorder for Tortoise BluBlockers. We expect more to arrive in April 2010. Feel free to drop us a line at email@myblublockers.com to reserve a pair for shipment the day they arrive.

GENERAL

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time. The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

PAYMENT

Payments are accepted securely via PayPal or Google Checkout. After you add your items to cart, you will be redirected safely to their website to finalize your transaction.

SHIPPING

• Shipping fees are $3 flat rate for any amount of BluBlockers. All orders are shipped by USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays to the continental United States.
• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Your account will not be charged until you receive order confirmation.
• We are also able to ship internationally for a flat rate of $10 for standard economy with a ship-time of 6-10 business days. Orders shipped to Canada & Mexico for a flat rate of $5. Upgraded international shipping is available for $65 via FedEx or UPS. Please use PayPal as your payment method at checkout.

INVENTORY

Due to high demand, your selected BluBlockers may become out of stock before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed we will notify you by email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. You will also be given the option to advance order on the next shipment for immediate processing on arrival.

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped by USPS on business days for a flat rate of (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays to the continental United States. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing but live outside this area.
• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Your account will not be charged until you receive order confirmation.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

• You may return or exchange your BluBlockers in original, new condition within 7 (seven) days of receipt for a full refund. Any items received after 7 days are not eligible for refund and will be sent back to you.
• Packing slips are required for all returns.
• We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
• Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition.
• Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
• We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
• We will refund the account you used (PayPal or GoogleCheckout) for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded.
• If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending it back to us.
• We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to MyBluBlockers.com on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain MyBluBlockers.com property.

PRIVACY

We take your privacy seriously. MyBluBlockers.com will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. MyBluBlockers.com collects personal information when you shop and register with us. This information will be used to inform you of new products or updates on our site.
